1. Arrange your chosen photos into groups.

The different areas of your loved one's life on which you will focus your video; as an example, for a wedding, you may group your photos together as: "Baby", "Growing Up", "Friends and Family", and "Dating."

2. Separate your groups into Folders or Envelopes identifying each clearly.

For example, you might label the folders as "Bride's Baby Pictures" or "Groom's Family."

Do not use paper clips or tape to group your photos together because these will damage your pictures.

Use rubber bands, or better still, use envelopes for each group.

3. Arrange Photos and Folders into your desired sequence.

Within each folder, number your photos in the order in which you want them to appear. Then number each folder in the order which they will appear.

4. Pick out and label music.

Label your music selection clearly as to which section you will want it to play under. For example, on the CD cover you may want to write the track number and the number of the folder with which it will play. You may want to cross reference the information on your folders.

Note:  We only accept CDs.

5. Pack your materials and send them to us.

Pack your materials well, so they will not be damaged in transit. Send materials 3 weeks prior to occasion.

Please do not send framed pictures. We welcome digital and scanned photos.
